Is this a limited-time offer or a year-round opportunity? At this time, I plan to offer this year-round.
Is there a time frame in which my exclusive free download can be scheduled? Yes. The time frame for scheduling: Anytime within a 6 month window based on which issue your latest ad was/will be published. (Why? This offer is only for advertisers considered 'active'. This window begins on the day the issue was/is published. For example:
If you last advertised in our Fall 2025 issue, your window to have a designated email scheduled would end March 2026 (because the Fall issue went live on October 1st, 2025).
If you have an ad scheduled for an upcoming issue, your window to have a designated email scheduled will be from the day the issue is scheduled to go live through the next 6 months.

Can an advertiser purchase more than one $50 advertising/free download email? Yes. However, you will need to complete a separate form for each offer you'd like to send out and your purchased advertising email must be sent out no later than 6 months after the publication date of the last/latest issue in which your ads were/will be included.
Does the free download need to really be exclusive? Yes. Since this is a low-cost advertising opportunity and it isn't in a long list and easily overlooked, your free resource needs to be exclusive to the email. Whether you include an opt-in link or a pdf for instant download, you are not to offer it anywhere else for at least 6 months.
What does 'exclusive' freebie mean?
It means that your opt-in/free resource cannot be found or advertised anywhere else within 6 months of the email.
Will you include my business name and website link?
Yes! Even if you opt to offer an opt-in link to receive the free resource, your business name can be linked directly to your main website (or any link you prefer).
Do you have suggestions on getting the most out of my business offering a free, exclusive download?
Yes! Here are my suggestions to add to your download before uploading the .pdf that you are providing: - Include a cover page that acts as an upsell and links to your site or product(s). - Include your social media links in your .pdf so those who download it will be able to find and follow you.
