Download Access:

After an order has been completed, customers and members will have access to download each product for 30 days after the order. Customers are strongly advised to secure their downloaded product(s) in a secure place. Downloads will be instantly available after purchase on the ‘completed purchase’ page as well on account holder profile. Links to download purchases from a profile will expire 30 days after checkout.

License to Use:

* Non-members (paying listed price) – Your license never expires.
* All-Access members – Your license to use any product downloaded as a member expires once your membership is cancelled.

Terms of Use

You may…
*Use for your own personal, non-commercial use. This means with your own personal family members or within your classroom with your students.
*Save files on your personal use computer as long as the ‘license to use’ is still valid.
*Print as many copies as you need for your own classroom, home setting or co-op (but only for students you are personally teaching).

You are never allowed to…
*Email product files and/or upload to share/or store on any location where others can download it (i.e. public computer, Amazon Inspire, DropBox, FB or other social media groups/pages, Good Drive, etc.)
*Link directly to the PDFs for any reason. You may not share the links or files with anyone.
*Alter the files/products in any way or claim as your own.
*Sell or (in any way) profit from the use of our products. It is illegal to print, copy, give away and/or sell any of our products.

All-Access Memberships

Annual Membership:

* Auto-Renewals: Annual subscribers are in complete control of their own subscriptions/automatic renewals. If a membership is not cancelled prior to the renewal date, the subscription will auto-renew. Subscribers can cancel their annual subscriptions via their account page (under ‘memberships’) or by email. If you subscribed via PayPal, you may also log into your account on PayPal and manage your subscriptions under the ‘money’ section of your account. Annual subscriptions must be canceled prior to renewal due. Refunds are not given due to the nature of our products being downloadable. If you are an annual subscriber, please make note of when you subscribed and when your renewal will be automatically processed (annually from the date of initial subscription). * License to Use: Product licenses to use expire when your annual membership is cancelled. You are not allowed to keep, share or use any products downloaded during your membership once it is cancelled.

Lifetime Membership:

*License to Use: Your license to use the products downloaded during your membership never expires. However, you are still bound to follow all “terms of use” as stated above.
