Free Swag Ad Qualifications:
These qualifications are in place so that we may all work together to build YOUR business and to support the homeschooling community.

  •  You must have a newsletter list of no less that 1,000 subscribers. The number of free full-page ads you qualify for will depend on the size of your newsletter list.
    • 1 ad (1,000 to 5,000 subscribers)
    • 2 ads (5,001 to 15,000 subscribers)
    • 3 ads (15,001 or more subscribers)
  • You agree to send a dedicated email advertising the issue in which your ad(s) appear to your list. When selecting a date (below) to send out your email, please be sure to put it on your calendar. These emails are vital for the free swag ads to remain an option. 

If you prefer to purchase advertising (full or half page), with no obligation to send a dedicated email, please email Lynda for details.

Dedicated Email

Your free full-page ad(s) are given in exchange for sending a dedicated email advertising the issue in which your ad(s) appear. You have free reign to create your own email designed to fit your readership or use the materials that will be provided to you. Materials will be provided in a google drive folder (images, swipe, etc.) that you may use. These materials will be uploaded no later than the date each issue goes live and you will be emailed and a notice given in our FB group that they are ready.

PLEASE NOTE: Emails sends are tracked, not because of lack of trust but for two reasons:

  1. Fairness to all who participate as free swag advertisers
  2. Issues do include paid advertisements. Advertisers who pay want a fair accounting of the number of emails which go out (which is only fair to them).

If you want to advertise in an issue but do not want to send out a dedicated email advertising that issue, please ask how you can purchase an ad.

If you need to change your date, please email lynda at admin@myteachinglibrary.com and give your new date. Thank you!!

Your email should be scheduled based on the dates below:

  • Spring issue - Send between April 5th-May 5th
  • Summe issue - Send between July 5th-August 5th
  • Fall issue - Send between October 5th-November 5th
  • Winter issue - Send between January 5th - February 5th

As a trade for free Swag Ads, you agree to send out a dedicated email about the issue in which these ads appear to each of the subscribers on your list.
