Information such as admission contact data, types of fees (application fees, tuition and housing fees, parking and meals), dates applications and transcripts are needed, program contacts and more.

Designed for 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th Grades, this resource can be used in one of two ways…
- : Students will list each book they read. Students will record , , they completed reading the book and section. (fiction or nonfiction.
- : You, the teacher, will assign the book (title and author) which students are to read. Once students complete a book they will complete the date and type of book section ( ‘F’ or ‘NF’ – fiction / nonfiction section).
This recording tool can be used by teacher or student to record class scheduling for one quarter. It includes room for up to 5 ‘blocks’ with 9 rows under each block. It is set up so that it can be used to record different days and times for each block and is very flexible!
